Construction of 24 apartments with communal living areas and lounges.

Building was constructed with steel frames, load bearing masonry walls and precast concrete floors. 2 lifts were installed which serviced each floor of the complex. Each individual unit was fitted with modern kitchenettes, and quality floor and wall finishes. External walls were cladded with limestone stonework to first floor level and a natural slate roof was placed.
