This community library was designed and constructed on a corner site in Leixlip, along a pedestrian route from the railway station to the shopping centre and is arranged in a fan shape around the entrance area and librarian’s desk.

Candle Community Trust

Construction of a single storey community centre with offices, classrooms and workshops. Traditional construction methods were utilized with installation of concrete strip & pad foundations, Cavity external walls, brickwork on the outer leaf. Steel frame portal roof covered with colour codes kal-zip roof panels.
